Cook spaghetti for 8-10 mins with salt & oil.
Cut carrots and sweet potato into strips, julienne style. Also chop onion and game fillet into strips.
In a wok, add sunflower oil and onions. Fry for a bit, then add veggies. Add a pinch of brown sugar, some lemon juice, crushed garlic and fresh parsley.
Keep the cooked veggies aside then, in the same wok, fry the game fillet in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add red wine.
Next, stir fry the mix of spaghetti, veggies and game until cooked, then place in bowl. Serve garnished with parsley.
