Cook the pasta according to packet instructions, until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep frying pan over a medium heat. Add the bacon and fry until crispy. Add the chicken and onion and stir fry for a few minutes until cooked.
Add the mushrooms and oregano. Add the chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes, until reduced. Remove from heat and stir in the cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the pasta to the sauce and toss well. Top with Parmesan and serve.
