Cook pasta according to package instructions, until al dente, but do not add salt to the water (the dressing has plenty). Drain and rinse under cold water.

Pour pasta into a bowl, add tomatoes, broccoli, yellow pepper, olives, cucumber, carrots, red onion and parmesan.

Cherry tomatoes, halved
English cucumber, diced
Broccoli, finely chopped
Yellow pepper, chopped
Olives, deseeded and sliced
Baby carrots, thinly sliced
Parmesan cheese, grated
Pour dressing over and toss to evenly coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes (or up to 1 day). Add a little more dressing if needed.
