Fry onions in oil until translucent. Add garlic and cook for one more minute.
Add tomato, tomato sauce, tomato juice, black pepper, salt, basil and parsley .
Once sauce boils, reduce to simmer and add grilled chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes and set aside.
Cook penne pasta in boiling, salted water with a teaspoon of salt for 8 to 12 minutes. Strain pasta and add to sauce.
Optional: Add red chilli pepper flakes and oregano for a spicier version.
