Boil the pasta according to packet instructions, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat a large pan, add the butter, garlic, and red chilli flakes. Sauté, for about 2 minutes, until the butter melts and the garlic flavour infuses into the melted butter.
Add the lemon juice, a large pinch of salt and give a quick stir. Keep cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture boils and thickens.
Add the cooked pasta and toss well until evenly coated. Turn off the heat.
Add the basil leaves, lemon zest, Parmesan cheese and tomatoes, and toss well until combined. Garnish with extra basil and Parmesan, and serve hot.
