Bring half a pot of water to the boil with a dash of salt and a splash of water. Add the shells and cook for 8-10 mins.
Boil 2 eggs for 5 minutes (soft) and slice thinly for garnishing later.
Cut cherry tomatoesin half, dice the onionand carrot. Mix all the veggies in a bowl, and add 4 tablespoons of sweet corn. Add pasta anddrained tuna, as well as the mixed herb spices.
Add salt and pepper to taste.Mix in your sauce of cream cheese, vinegar, sugar and chutney. Serve, garnished with egg slices.
